Primary route
I-11
Las Vegas region to northwestern Arizona
About I-11
From Boulder City, NV (US 93) to Henderson, NV (I-515/US 93)
Interstate 11 is a short and developing route in southern Nevada, currently signed for about 23 miles in the Las Vegas region between Henderson and the area around Boulder City. Its most prominent segment is the Boulder City Bypass, which carries traffic around the city and toward the Hoover Dam crossing of the Colorado River. The route is intended as the start of a much longer planned corridor between the Phoenix and Las Vegas metropolitan areas.
Where it exists today, the highway runs through desert terrain at the southeastern edge of the Las Vegas valley, connecting with the regional freeway network near Henderson. It overlaps with U.S. Route 93 and U.S. Route 95 along parts of its course and provides a higher-standard route toward the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge near Hoover Dam.

History
Interstate 11 was designated in 2017, with its first signed segments in the Las Vegas area including the Boulder City Bypass, which opened in stages around that time. The route was authorized as part of a long-term plan to build an Interstate-standard connection between Las Vegas and Phoenix and potentially farther north.
Only a short portion is currently complete and numbered, while planning and study work continues on extensions in both Nevada and Arizona.
